1. TALENT ACQUISITION (CONTRACT)

Responsibilities :
  • Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels.
  • Collaborate closely with the Recruiting team (Recruiters, Coordinators, other Sourcers) & hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure business’s needs and goals are fulfilled.
  • Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency.
  • Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth.
  • Ensuring a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates.

Qualifications :
  • 2+ years of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment).
  • Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques) to identify & engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with capability to analyze high amounts of data to support business strategies and decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally.
  • Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams and external partners across different offices.
  • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
  • Will be based in Jakarta


2. TALENT ACQUISITION (INTERN)

Responsibilities :
  • Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening and engaging top talents.
  • Support strategic talent-mapping, market research projects and deliver insights to business leaders to support business growth.
  • Support new projects, and/or optimise current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Support HRBP in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.

Qualifications :
  • Undergraduate or master students who are interested in the e-commerce industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Outstanding academic achievements
  • Self-driven, proactive, and dedicated goal achiever.
  • Able to commit to a full-time 6 months internship at least. Open to part-time arrangement with at least 3 working days in a week if required.
